If you have any questions about insurance claims or accident procedures, feel free to contact North Star Auto Collision. We’re here to make your repair process easy and stress-free.

If you’re involved in an accident, it’s important to know you have the right to select the auto body shop you trust for your vehicle repairs. Even if your car needs to be towed from the accident scene and you don’t have a preferred shop yet, you can ask the tow truck driver to take it to your home or a repair shop of your choice. You pay the tow upfront, and your insurance company will reimburse you later.

Don’t let insurance companies pressure you into using their “preferred” repair shops. The insurance company does not guarantee the quality of repairs — that responsibility lies entirely with the body shop you choose.

At North Star Auto Collision, we handle your insurance claim process from start to finish. We work directly with all major insurance providers, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork. We also arrange rental vehicles if you need transportation while your car is in our shop.

Our goal is to get your vehicle repaired quickly, correctly, and back on the road safely — restoring it to its pre-accident condition.
